Fire breaks out at Jhalupara; none hurt

Shillong, Jan 28: A house was left severely damaged after a fire broke out in a residential area of Jhalupara in Shillong on Monday afternoon.

There was no report of any loss of life. Meanwhile, authorities are investigating the cause of the incident. 

Four fire engines attended the house fire and the firefighters were able to contain the fire, preventing it from spreading to nearby properties.
