The court also appointed advocate and secretary general of High Court Bar Association, Kishore Chandra Gautam, as a special officer to make an inventory of items lying at diagnostic centre.

The order was necessitated to enable the court to make an inquiry into certain alleged violation of an earlier court order.

The inventorised items, for the time being, are deemed to be in the possession of the petitioner, the order said.

The order stated that earlier the respondent State had commenced removal of the petitioner’s items from Block-A by packing and removing those items.
