Top artistes set to rock Shillong at North East Music Concert 

Shillong, July 23: Leading artists and bands from the NE will be performing at the North East Music Concert on Wednesday at the U Soso Tham Auditorium, at State Central Library at 3pm to mark National Broadcasting Day and celebrate 90 years of Akashvani’s service to the nation.

The musical line-up includes Jayanta Jamatia from Tripura, Lungleng Trio from Mizoram, Joe’s Apartment from Sikkim, Rupam & Friends from Assam, Innocent Eyes from Manipur, AR Folk from Arunachal Pradesh, Fifth Note from Nagaland, and Summersalt from Meghalaya.

Their performances will span folk, fusion, contemporary and traditional genres, offering the audience an opportunity to experience the spirit of the North East on one stage.

Entry to the concert is free for the general public to be a part of this musical celebration. The North East Music Concert is set to be an evening of a unique blend of sound and culture, bringing the spirit of song and shared heritage.
