Shillong, Dec 8: Constant monitoring of the progress of construction of the new Assembly building at Mawdiangdiang in New Shillong township has ensured steady advancement of the work, said Speaker Thomas A Sangma on Monday.
Speaking to reporters after chairing a monthly review meeting on the progress of construction, the Speaker said the new Assembly will be completed by June 2026.
