Attack on Ampareen’s car: Govt waiting for police report

Shillong, Dec 18: Deputy Chief Minister in-charge Home (Police) Prestone Tynsong on Tuesday said the government is waiting for the report of the police investigation into the recent attack on Health Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh’s official vehicle.

Speaking to media persons, Tynsong said that the government does not know the motive behind the incident.

The minister has already filed an FIR and now the police are investigating the matter, he said.
