Fire Service Day observed in West Garo Hills

Fire Service Day was observed today in West Garo Hills with senior police officers of the District lead by SP Fire and emergency services, Western Range Tura,

SP Tura, SP Traffic, and others. They paid homage to the martyrs of the Bombay dock fire incident who sacrificed their lives in the service of the nation on 14th April 1944.

As part of the observance, vehicles of the Fire and Emergency Services were driven  through the thoroughfares of Tura town to raise awareness.
