Garo Hills Rock Fest concludes on a electrifying note

Tura, Dec 21: Mega rock event NH51 Garo Hills Rock FEST 2024 that was organized at Asanang, 18 kms from Tura, concluded on a high note on Friday night bringing together various rock bands from Garo Hills and Karbi Anglong district of Assam.

It was a thrilling contest as local bands took on the guests for the trophy giving a electrifying performance on stage that had all the energy of a mega rock show.
Ultimately, Karbi Anglong’s famed band ARMOURED came on top bagging the first position and a cash prize of Rs 50,000/-.

Garo Hills bands also proved their metal with Tura’s very own WRATH BEFALL walking away with the second prize worth Rs 30,000.

NYCTOPHILIA from Tura took the third position and a cash prize Rs 20,000.

The individual prizes for Best vocalist, best lead guitarist, best bassist, and best Drummer were entirely bagged by the band ARMOURED.
