Imposter arrested, air guns seized

Shillong, Sep 5: An imposter, who claimed to be an MPSC officer to dupe job aspirants, was arrested in front of Meghalaya Secretariat on Friday. Police also recovered air guns from his possession.

The accused identified as Meban Snaitang posed as a staff member of Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) as well as a company officer, and had been swindling unsuspecting individuals, police sources said.

Besides the air guns, some bouncers were found inside the vehicle of Snaitang.
