NPP to felicitate party’s new Manipur president

Shillong, Nov 28: The National People’s Party (NPP) will felicitate Dr Lorho S Pfoze as the new party president of Manipur in Shillong on December 2.

NPP MLAs from Manipur are expected to attend the programme, according to a notification issued by NPP national working president James K Sangma on Friday.
