Polio immunization from 9 Dec in East Garo Hills

Williamnagar, Dec 5: East Garo medical department will be implementing Intensified Pulse Polio Immunization (IPPI) program from 9 to 11 December for the children from 0 – 5 years  in the district.

The official notification issued by the District Medical and Health Officer (DM & HO), said that the IPPI program is being implemented in the district with an aim to eradicate polio and urged the parents to support and cooperate with the medical department.
