Raj Bhavan celebrates Foundation Day of Mizoram, Arunachal 

Shillong, Feb 21: The Raj Bhavan on Thursday hosted a grand celebration on the occasion of the Foundation Day of Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh where representatives from both the states attended the event. 

Addressing the gathering, the Governor lauded the cultural diversity of the North East and emphasized the importance of preserving traditional heritage while embracing progress and development. The Raj Bhavan also extended its best wishes to the people of Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh for continued prosperity and progress.

During the programme, a special video screening showcased the rich cultural heritage and historical journey of Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh. A series of enthralling cultural performances by Students from Mizoram Bhavan and Arunachal Bhavan added a vibrant touch to the celebration.
