Shillong, Jan 2: A pipping ceremony of newly promoted IPS officers was held at the conference hall, police headquarters, Shillong.
The ceremony was attended by the Director General of India (DGP) Idashisha Nongrang, who pinned the new epaulettes on the officers.
The DGP congratulated the officers on their promotions and wished them continued success in their future assignments.
