Telangana Integrated Command and Control Centre model for Meghalaya: Conrad

Shillong, Jun 26: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma said the Telangana Integrated Command and Control Centre serves as an excellent model for the northeastern state amid efforts to leverage technology to improve governance and citizen service delivery.

Sangma, who visited the facility in Hyderabad on Thursday, said he was impressed by the systems in place and the seamless coordination among various departments.

“Impressed by the systems and seamless coordination at the Telangana Integrated Command & Control Centre in Hyderabad. Among the country’s leading IC&CCs, it demonstrates how technology, data, and inter-departmental collaboration can come together to deliver more efficient and responsive public services,” he said in a social media post.

“The Centre serves as an excellent model for states across India, including Meghalaya, as we work towards leveraging technology to improve governance and citizen service delivery. Glad to have witnessed its functioning firsthand and to learn from its best practices,” Sangma added. (PTI)
