The swearing-in ceremony was attended by Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh, Assembly Speaker Th Stayabrata, former Chief Minister Ibobi Singh, top-ranked Manipur cop Rajiv Singh, state cabinet ministers, MLAs and other high ranking officers.
