Shillong, Dec 2: Toppers along with teachers who have completed 25 years of service were felicitated at the Army Public School Shillong during its Annual Day held on Saturday.
The day saw enthusiasm and vibrant participation from students, teachers, parents, and staff where the school’s achievements and the multifaceted talents of its students were showcased.
Maj Gen Sumit Rana, COS, HQ 101 Area graced the occasion as chief guest of the event which saw the release of ‘Suprabhatam’- the school’s annual magazine that reflects the academic progress, cultural events, and student achievements.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks and the singing of the national anthem.
The theme of this year’s celebration, ‘Symphony of Navras’, resonated throughout the event, highlighting the nine core emotions, Sringara, Karuna, Veera, Hasya, Raudra, Adbhuta, Shanta, Bhayanaka and Vibhasta, featuring mesmerizing performances that left the audience in awe, showcasing the school’s commitment of nurturing talent and fostering a love for the creative arts.
