Driver survives after car crashes into tree in Jengjal

Tura, April 30: A man who lost control of his speeding car and hit a tree near Jengjal airport, 30 kms from Tura, survived with grievous injuries.

The accident occured early this morning, around 1:30 AM, when a maruti 800 car (SK02P-1476) driven by 31 year old Sangkil B.Marak of Bolbokgre village, Jengjal lost control.

According to police, the victim was alone in his car and returning from Tapra Alda village after dropping his friends when the accident happened. He has been shifted to Jengjal Sub divisional hospital for necessary medical aid.
