Selected by Mega Entertainment through a rigorous national screening, Nikhil’s journey to the global stage began with his standout performance at the 14th Set Wet Mega Mister North East 2025, where he emerged as one of the top three winners. Now, he steps into the spotlight as India’s face in one of the most respected international male pageants in the world.

Hailing from Imphal, Nikhil is not just a pageant heartthrob—he’s also pursuing a Bachelor’s in Physical Education at Manipur University and is an active volunteer with the National Service Scheme (NSS). Grounded in education and service, he’s more than just a pretty face; he’s a symbol of the empowered new generation from India’s Northeast.

Abhijeet Singha, National Director of Mister International India and Founder of Mega Entertainment, led the selection process. “This was a highly competitive year, and Nikhil earned his title through sheer merit, presence, and character,” he said.

Kavita Keisham, Manipur State Director for Mega Entertainment, expressed pride in Nikhil’s win: “His dedication has always stood out. His selection is not just his victory—it’s a win for Manipur and the entire Northeast. We believe in him and hope the country will rally behind him.”

Nikhil’s rise from a state-level contestant to India’s global representative speaks volumes about the growing cultural and fashion influence of the Northeast. His win isn’t just another sash and crown—it’s a powerful message about representation, diversity, and the expanding horizon of Indian identity on global stages.

Guwahati-based PR and reputation management firm Life’s Purple has been appointed as Nikhil’s official media partner, offering him guidance in public image, media interaction, and global representation as he prepares for the international spotlight.

With his sharp mind, social conscience, and undeniable charisma, Nikhil Okram is poised to bring pride to the country and put Northeast India firmly on the global map of pageantry. December 2025 won’t just be a competition—it’ll be a celebration of how far one voice, one vision, and one young man from Imphal can go.
