I’m too calling others to join my party: Dhar

Shillong, Dec 6: NPP national general secretary and deputy chief minister Sniawbhalang Dhar said he is trying to call leaders from other political parties to join the party.

“I am also doing that… calling other leaders to join my party,” Dhar said while replying to a question if Congress chief Vincent H Pala has requested him, being its former leader, to join back the grand old party.

“What Pala is doing, he is working for his own party. I am also working for my own party. There is nothing wrong with that. Everybody wants to strengthen their own party. There is no problem at all,” he added.

Stating that NPP is the best, Dhar however said other political parties like Congress and UDP will say the same thing that their party is the best.
