According to Ranger Barin Boro, the park welcomed 64,463 tourists during this period — 60,744 domestic and 3,719 international visitors. This marks a sharp rise from last year when the park earned ₹1.30 crore over the full tourism year.

“Tourist numbers are up, and so is wildlife visibility. Many visitors have seen elephants, tigers, and a variety of other animals,” said Boro. “Sightings of different tiger species and endangered birds have also increased.”
