MHRC notice on death of pregnant woman, unborn child

Shillong, June 6: The Meghalaya Human Rights Commission (MHRC) has taken suo moto cognizance of death of a pregnant woman and her unborn child as reported by the media, stated a press release.

The Commission has issued a notice to the Health department to inquire into the matter and submit a report to the Commission.
