Rs 150 daily cap set for Shillong’s multilevel parking

Shillong, March 16: The East Khasi Hills district administration notified revised parking fees for light motor vehicles at the multilevel car park on Vivekananda Road near the Additional Secretariat.

According to the Deputy Commissioner’s order, LMVs will pay Rs 20 for the first hour, Rs 10 for each subsequent hour, a daily maximum of Rs 150, and Rs 100 for overnight parking via electronic ticketing.

The order, issued under an Urban Affairs Department directive, took effect March 13.
