Nitin Nabin discusses ‘various organisational matters’ with BJP national general secretaries

New Delhi, Oct 9: BJP president Nitin Nabin on Friday held a crucial meeting with party national general secretaries to discuss “various organisational matters”.

The meeting comes amid October 10 protest calls by opposition parties and CJP against the Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.

“BJP national president Nitin Nabin held a meeting with the national general secretaries at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi today, and held a detailed discussion on various organisational matters and the party’s upcoming action plans,” the party said on X, posting pictures from the meeting.

While there was no official word on what transpired in the meeting, it is learnt that it discussed the opposition’s protest and the party’s strategy to counter their narrative.

BJP national general secretary (organisation) BL Santhosh was also present at the meeting, besides party national general secretaries, including Smriti Irani and Vinod Tawde, and Rajya Sabha MP Tarun Chugh. (PTI)
