Over 4000 drug users have completed rehabilitation since 2020 in Meghalaya

Shillong, Feb 23: Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma Monday informed the Assembly that 4,342 drug users have completed rehabilitation programs in Meghalaya between 2020 and February 4, 2026, with 147 currently undergoing treatment.

In a reply tabled in the Assembly, Sangma said there are 14 functional rehabilitation centers in the state, comprising 7 state-aided, 1 central government-aided, and 6 privately managed centers.
