The total project cost, $240 million (around Rs 2,450 crore), will be loan from the World Bank with 90% repayment by government of India and 10% by state government, Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma told reporters after a cabinet meeting on Wednesday.

The state has to bear around $60 million, around 20% of the project cost, he said.
