Shillong, Jan 9: One man named Kheinkor Muliar (23) was arrested on charges of drug peddling from Khliehriat in East Jaintia Hills district on Friday.
Suspected heroin weighing 1.37 gram, syringes and other items were recovered from his possession.
He was intercepted by Khliehriat police while driving an Alto car (ML06A 0621) near Mookympad in Khliehriat, police said.
