Shillong, Oct 30: As many as 10 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations were launched across North East, including Shillong by A Plus Charge, a NE-based EV charge point operator (CPO), on Friday.
Another 28 stations of A Plus Charge is ready for deployment or under construction, according to a press release.
The newly launched EV charging stations are located in Shillong, Siliguri, Guwahati, Dibrugarh and Agartala, among other towns.
A station is likely to come up at Sohra (Cherrapunjee) in November and more to come up in Dimapur, Itanagar and Aizawl.
A Plus Charge, a startup recognised by the Government of Assam, describes itself as the fastest growing EV network for Northeast India.
