Shillong, Oct 11: Cabinet minister Sanbor Shullai inaugurated a cultural complex at Lum Shat Sngi, Keches Trace, Shillong.
The complex of Seng Khasi Ri Raid Laban, funded by the North Eastern Council (NEC), is intended to provide a dedicated space for cultural activities, community gatherings and the preservation of Khasi heritage.
NEC Secretary Satinder Kumar Bhalla also attended the occasion on Saturday.
