Winter Tales fest kicks off

Shillong, Dec 13: The 5th edition of Winter Tales 2024 was inaugurated by tourism minister Paul Lyngdoh at Ward’s Lake, Shillong on Thursday. 

Go-Green Awards recognising outstanding commitment to sustainability across different categories were presented as part of the three-day festival, which is being organised by Meghalayan Age Limited and curated by Dak_ti Craft.

Winter Tales 2024, which was conceptualised by chief minister Conrad K Sangma has grown into a flagship programme that celebrates the State’s cultural diversity and promotes sustainable tourism practices, stated a press release.
