4 Bangladeshi infiltrators nabbed in SGH

Shillong, Mar 13: Four Bangladeshi nationals, including a tout were arrested by troops of BSF Meghalaya while they were attempting to infiltrate into the Indian territory near South Garo Hills border.


BSF along with Baghmara MCP launched an operation after receiving credible inputs. A Tata Winger vehicle was flagged and upon inspection, four Bangladeshi nationals- including a tout- were apprehended.


The four individuals, along with the seized vehicle and other recovered items, have been handed over to the Baghmara Police Station for further investigation and necessary legal proceedings.
