Tura, March 20: West Garo Hills police are on the hunt for a murder suspect after a body was recovered from the plains belt town of Hallidayganj on Thursday.
The body of Abdul Akher Shah, 45 Years, R/o village Khopati Part- III, PS Sukchar, Dist. South Salmara, Mankachar, Assam was found with cut marks on his neck and other injuries at his residence at Khasaripara.
The suspected accused is also from the same village and effort is being made to arrest him, informed police.
