Shillong, April 1: The district administration of East Khasi Hills has declared April 3 as a dry day in the district on account of Good Friday.
An order issued by Deputy Commissioner (Excise) RM Kurbah on Wednesday said, “All IMFL ‘OFF’ Shops and Home Delivery Licensed Premises, IMFL ‘ON’ Bars and Wine & Beer Bars, Bonded Warehouses, Micro-breweries, Home-Made Wine Licensed Premises, Canteens and Outstills shall remain closed on the above mentioned day.”
