GHADC polls: NCP announces second list, final slate after March 6

Shillong, March 3: The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Tuesday released its second list of 10 nominees for the April 10 Garo Hills Autonomous District Council elections, fielding Kingstone Bolwari Marak from Batabari, Kraistone Marak from Asanang and Baithiram A Sangma from Dengnakpara.

State election committee chairman OK Sangma said the first list of six names had come out earlier, with the second announced after a committee meeting on March 2.

A third and final list will follow after March 6.

The new batch also includes Bina Rosaline A Sangma (Betasing), Gracefield Ch Marak (Nogorpara), Arnarson Ch Marak (Rongrikimgre), Dominic Ch Sangma (Balachanda), Daniel M Sangma (Rochonpara), Senggam K Sangma (Siju Rongara) and Lordmountvyrythints G Momin (Amongpara).
