Gram Sabha held at Chokpot 

Baghmara, Apr 4: The first Gram Sabha Cum Convergence Camp at Chokpot C& RD Block drew a huge number of people who participated in identification of developmental schemes and discuss on various rights, health and hygiene, public works in various developmental activities initiated by the Government departments.

TR Marak of Chokpot C& RD Block gave brief information and introduction on NSAP & Relief Measures while Inden Sangma shared on PMAY- G related scheme. 

Gnira Sangma and Mansram Marak also briefed the gathering on MGNREGA schemes and NRLM / VPRP.

As part of the program, stalls were also set up by government departments such as ICDS, Social Welfare, Election, Police and Education.
