Shillong, Oct 8: The Land Bill passed by the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) has been returned by the Governor as well as the state government.
“From the government side and from the Governor, we have returned it with observation… the observation of the Governor,” Deputy Chief Minister in-charge District Council Affairs Prestone Tynsong told reporters on Thursday.
He asked the Council to clarify on the observations made by the Governor.
