Chennai, Sep 22: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay launched here on Tuesday the expansion of the breakfast scheme for school students.
Vijay launched the scheme at a school here and served students food and also ate with them.
Later, he visited classrooms and interacted with students.
About 15.30 lakh additional students, in classes six to eight, studying in 15,454 government and state-aided schools will be benefitted, officials said. (PTI)
